Refund policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation request can be placed within 1 hour of placing the order from the order portal itself. Cancellation is not available for express orders. Preorders cannot be cancelled after 1hr or placing it unless the shipment has been delayed more than promised time. 

We do not accept cancellation/ return requests for intimate items such as bodysuits. However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is damaged accompanied with an unpacking video.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please apply for a return request from the account you placed the order within 24hr of delivery, please feel free to ask any questions to our Customer Service team for any questions regarding your request.

Make sure an unpacking video is recorded for the same. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at her own end. Once the request is approved, the product will be picked up from your shipping address the next day and you will either receive a replacement product (if available in stock) or refund (as a store credit / bank account).

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of product delivery the product accompanied with an unpacking video. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision on processing return and refund as a store credit.

An unpacking video is necessary to report a missing product in a shipment containing multiple products. Once that is submitted ,The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision and if approved, will ship the missing product.

If you have size/ fit issues and would like to return/ exchange the product for the appropriate size, you must raise a request for the same within 24 hours of delivery of the product. If the return is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us or we can get it picked at a charge of Rs.150, you will receive a the appropriate size if available or store credit minus shipping charge if not available for the same one we receive the product at our end.

We are not responsible for any items that are incorrectly returned to us.  If a customer sends the  wrong product  to our return address, we are  not liable for returning that item to the sender, nor will  any refund or exchange be issued for the incorrect item. It is the  customer’s responsibility  to ensure that the  correct product  is sent back when initiating a return or exchange.

•Items bought in a sale or at a discounted price would not be eligible for exchange/return on the basis of size/ fit issues, we can provide a refund for the same if damage is proven with an unpacking video and intimated within 24 hours of delivery.

•Items bought as Pre-Order cannot be cancelled as we place orders for the same on your request. Although we put all efforts towards timely delivery of products, Pre-ordered products might get delayed by 4-5 days if there is an issue with logistics.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any refund approved by the company, it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
